The Apostle Paul wrote in his letter to the church in Rome and said, "Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.  We have different gifts, according to the grace given us." Romans 12:4-6

We believe that we are a part of a world wide church, and as such we are called to reach out to our world in compassion and service.  This committee is responsible for our outreach program, special ministries of compassion and various mission programs.  These responsibilities include evangelism, membership development, outreach to the hungry and homeless, peacemaking, world missions and being a witness for Christ through word and deed.   We participate in the following ministries locally and globally.
